With over 15 years experience in holding transformational spaces, and 20 years in Teaching & Education, I feel passionately about creating a safe & creatively curated space for you to thrive.
I live and breathe this work, and it is a testament to the healing modalities I facilitate. I confidently hold space so that you can feel safe to dive deep into yourself; to uncover the ever evolving and unlimited self, let go of the stories of the past, clear limiting beliefs, connect to and reopen your heart and achieve a consistent state of presence and flow.

SARAH ROUTHIER
Expert Breathwork Practitioner - Sydney
As a dedicated student, I have been studying the human body since 2009.
Formerly a massage therapist, I am a self-confessed ‘body geek,’ fascinated by the way emotions and subtle energies manifest in it. I use the tools that I’ve picked up along the way to cater to the individual, as I understand we are all extraordinarily unique.
I practice & continue to study yoga, breathwork & spiritual psychology to keep my spiritual, mental and physical body both strong and flexible. I now use the many practices I have studied and embodied to help the person in front of me to achieve the same. Seeing people step into their full potential and live an incredible life makes me extremely excited, deepening ones connection to self (and self healing) is my dharma.
DESTINY WOLF
Expert Breathwork Practitioner - Sydney
Destiny Wolf is a Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Sound Healer, Breathwork Facilitator, and Ceremonialist based in Sydney, Australia. She offers movement, breath, meditation, and sound practices to help you feel nourished, connected, and empowered in your wholeness and belonging.
Destiny's passion is to help people find what lights them up, then follow that light to shine bright. She is co-founder of Udaya Retreats and Alive Tribe Journeys and offers epic community events to help you connect and celebrate what it is to be alive and to surf the waves of existence.
Destiny's biggest inspiration comes from the footsteps she's travelled across the planet, and this universal connectedness infuses her offerings as she draws from Native American lineages from her roots in Arizona, Eastern Asian Buddhist teachings, modern scientific Western practices, and South American Shamanism.

A phoenix who has risen from the ashes, Jourdi Bleu now shines her light bright to inspire others to awaken their own.
With 450 Hours of Embodied Breathwork Academy Training, 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training, a Bachelors in Criminology, a Cert IV in Youth Work, a Life Coaching Diploma, and investing over $100K in her own healing journey, Jourdi combines all her wisdom to help people remember who they truly are. Originally from Colorado, USA, she has swapped the mountains for the beach and called Sydney, AUS home for the last 11 years.
Embodied Breathwork and Wild Love have radically changed her life and her business, and she is now super passionate about sharing its magic with her clients.
She regularly breathes clients 1-1 online and in person, hosts monthly group breaths, helps run festivals and runs her own international retreats a few times a year. She has over 5 years of Gym/Yoga Studio Operations Management experience, so she has joined Embodied Breathwork Academy as our Admin Angel

Ellie is our behind the scenes manager and business co-ordinator for the Embodied Breath Academy. She is so behind the scenes that it’s unlikely you’ll ever have to contact her.
But our business would not run effectively without this incredible woman in the backgroun.
She keeps Karina sane with the details of the business and takes Karina’s creativity and turns it into the masterpiece you see with us.
