OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Embodied Breath Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or engaging in our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older to use our services.

2. SERVICES

We offer breathwork sessions, trainings, courses, and related experiences.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Minimum 24 hours’ notice requiredLate cancellations or no-shows = session forfeited

Late arrival may shorten your session

Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All payments are required upfront. All services and products are non-refundable.

Credits may be issued (valid 6 months)

5. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

By participating, you acknowledge:Breathwork may involve intense physical, emotional, or psychological experiences.
You are responsible for assessing your own readiness.
You will disclose relevant medical or psychological conditions where appropriate.
You agree that:Participation is voluntaryYou assume full responsibility for your experienceOur services are not medical or psychological treatment.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand and accept that participation in breathwork and somatic practices carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Emotional release
- Physical sensations (e.g. tingling, dizziness)
- Psychological responses
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Embodied Breath Academy is not liable for Injury, loss, or damages arising from participationIndirect or consequential loss or Personal outcomes from services.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and training content is owned by Embodied Breath Academy and may not be copied, shared, reproduced or altered by AI.

9. CODE OF CONDUCT

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session, training, or program if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for third-party platforms used to deliver services.

11. PRIVACY

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural events
Illness
Technical failures
Government restrictions

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
