A live monthly Breathe with Karina Kalilah

Embodied Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice of Conscious Connected Breathing through the nose. It is facilitated with conscious simultaneous awareness of the breath & body; a gentle dive deep into your subconscious, move stagnant energy, release tension and stress from the body, and return to love, joy and compassion.

Unlike mouth-breathing practices, this is a more gentle approach to transformational breathing. Over a number of sessions, these are skills you will learn and carry with you as lifelong tools for transformation.

Embodied Breathwork stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, and invites your body into a state of rest, restore, and repair. When the mind becomes still, the body has the freedom to heal on every level, physical, emotional, and energetic.

Note: this class is not recommended for people with schizophrenia, bipolar, vertigo, epilepsy or if you’re pregnant.

You are your own healer.
I am the guide that helps you remember that.

With over 12 years experience in holding transformational spaces, I feel passionately about creating a space for you to thrive.

I live and breathe this work, and it is a testament to the healing modalities I facilitate. I confidently hold space so that you can feel safe to dive deep into yourself; to uncover the ever evolving and unlimited self, let go of the stories of the past, clear limiting beliefs, connect to and reopen your heart and achieve a consistent state of presence and flow.

I empower you to achieve your dreams, to PLAY BIG and to love yourself, the light and the dark. All of you is welcome here. This is my calling.

What is EMBODIED Breathwork?

EMBODIED Breathwork is Conscious Connected Breathing through the nose, that is built upon the technique of Breathwork was created by Leonard Orr. It is the breath of love, and the breath of a new born baby, it is a gentle form of breathwork to have you dive deep into your subconscious to move energy by removing tension and stress from the body, and return to LOVE. 

These are skills you learn and will carry with you as a tool for healing for a lifetime!

Embodied Breathwork stimulates the parasympathetic nervous response bringing your body into rest, restore & repair. When the mind is still, the body has the liberty to heal itself; in the physical, emotional and energetic bodies.
