Loving Yourself Wildly is a 7 Day Online Offering, created especially for Roots Women, specifically as an invitation to YOU.

This work meets you through the nervous system, creating the conditions where self love becomes something you feel in your body, not just understand.

This work invites self love to move out of theory and into lived experience, through the intelligence of your nervous system.

And, this approach works with the nervous system, allowing self love to land in a way that feels real, integrated, and sustainable.

Inside this mini experience, you’ll be guided through simple, grounding practices you can return to whenever you need regulation, clarity, or a sense of coming back to yourself. There’s nothing to get right and nothing to push through. Let the practices meet you where you are, and trust your body to take what it needs.

This work is meant to be lived. In everyday moments. In the way you speak to yourself. In how you respond when life feels full, messy, or tender. Through experiencing a taster of nervous system led self love tools (as we deep dive in the Self Love Club - EBA Membership Portal), combined with breathwork practices, this is just the beginning of what’s possible.

This is about cultivating self-love that lives in your body.
