EBA Master Apprentice is a program where you learn how to teach the Embodied Breathwork Practitioner Training.

The Master Apprentice Program is a highly selective, immersive training for those who have completed 400+ hours with the Embodied Breathwork Academy (EBA) and are called to take the next step: teaching and facilitating the Embodied Breathwork Practitioner Training to your communities.

To be clear, we are training you to become part of our teaching team!

Our Embodied Breathwork Practitioner Training carries a HIGH STANDARD, certified by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, we uphold the values and ethics required when providing a training. You are being invite to join that high standard and join our team.

This is a pathway of mastery and leadership, where breathwork practitioners deepen their expertise, refine their teaching skills, and step into a space of leadership. Over the course of this program, apprentices will learn how to guide others through the profound journey of becoming breathwork practitioners while strengthening their own embodied wisdom and facilitation presence.

Through direct mentorship, experiential learning, and advanced facilitation techniques, this program is designed to cultivate master-level practitioners who not only hold space but also teach, inspire, and lead with integrity.

This is also counted as a pathway towards being accredited by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance where it is requested that you receive 400hrs Breathwork Training to be accredited by them.

Who Is This Program For?

This program is by application only and is designed for breathwork practitioners who:

✔ Have completed a minimum of 400 hours of training with the Embodied Breathwork Academy.
✔ Have 4 years full time experience or 10 years part time experience facilitating breathwork.
✔ Have taken 3 people through 10 breathwork sessions.
✔ Have 500hrs recorded experience facilitating 1-1 sessions over 4 years.
✔ Have 100hrs recorded experience facilitating group sessions.
✔ Have recorded proof of success in achieving your client’s goals through breath.
✔ Are deeply committed to the art and integrity of breathwork facilitation.
✔ Are ready to go through your own transformation & growth period.
✔ Are ready to grow your own community through the power of your breath.
✔ Have a desire to teach, mentor, and guide future breathwork practitioners
✔ Embody emotional intelligence, trauma-informed practice, and self-leadership
✔ Are ready to step into a higher level of facilitation, leadership, and personal mastery

This is not just another training—it is a rite of passage into the next evolution of breathwork mastery.

What Does the Apprenticeship Involve?

1. Advanced Facilitation & Teaching Mastery

  • Curriculum Delivery – By apprenticing a minimum of 3 trainings over 4 years, you will learn how to teach the Embodied Breathwork Practitioner Training effectively.

  • Teaching Practicum – In the second year, apprentices lead sections of the training under supervision, receiving feedback.

  • Classroom Dynamics & Group Leadership – The EBA provides you with a teaching co-hort to experience apprenticing with. Through attending multiple trainings, you learn the power of service, you will learn to hold space for a diverse group of trainees, diving deeper into the art of holding space with every training you attend.

2. Embodied Leadership & Mentorship

  • Holding Space for Transformation – Through attending multiple trainings will engage more deeply with your students throughout the training, managing emotions, trauma responses, and breakthroughs in students.

  • Self-Leadership & Mastery – Through the repetition of the content we spiral through multiple layers of growth. Deepening your own embodiment of breathwork principles means becoming an organic leader in this field.

3. Trauma-Informed & Ethical Breathwork Facilitation

  • Working with Trauma in Teaching Spaces – Ensuring safe and ethical practice for students.

  • Energetic Boundaries & Self-Regulation – Preventing burnout and maintaining sustainability.

4. Hands-On Training & Apprenticeship - 2 Week Immersion

  • Shadowing Senior Facilitators – Through observation and learning from experienced teachers, learning humility of the process of letting go and learning at the same time (the essence of Embodied Breathwork Training).

  • The Role of Service - Supporting both students and teachers, while also receiving support from teachers.

  • Live Training Participation – In the second year of this program, you will be invited to lead real-time training modules.

  • Apprentice-Led Sessions – Apprentices run practice teaching sessions for feedback.

5. Business & Professional Development

  • Building a Teaching Career in Breathwork – How to establish oneself as a breathwork educator.

  • Collaboration & Community Building – Be a part of an incredible team! Creating meaningful professional relationships.

The Exchange:

This is a rare opportunity. To deepen your embodiment of this work, receive direct mentorship, and integrate the teachings at a profound level to then be able to teach our Embodied Breathwork Trainings (as agreed with Karina). This path is one of devotion, service, and expansion, offering invaluable experience for those called to refine their craft and step into leadership.

Your tuition over the two years is complementary.

Apprentices are to pay for their food and accomodation for the immersive sections of the training. Any students you bring to the training you receive a referral fee (as an apprentice, not as a teacher).

Then once you are certified by us to Teach the Embodied Breathwork or Wild Love Trainings:

● First training co-led by the Expert Breathwork Teacher will be co-led with Karina, with a revenue distribution as follows:

○ In 2026 30% to EBA (after expenses). To be reviewed in 2027.

○ In 2026 10% to Organiser of Training. To be reviewed in 2027.

○ Remaining % split according to the amount being taught, between the Teachers (after EBA’s % & organisers %).

● Upon approval of the Expert Breathwork Teacher’s teaching, the percentage split is

as above for all subsequent Embodied Breathwork Practitioner Training programs.

This percentage is subject to change at EBA’s discretion.
